PEORIA, Ill. – A business in Peoria’s Keller Station has closed its doors after less than a year and a half.
Their website and social media pages indicate “The Noshery” has closed permanently as of this past Friday.
On the webpage of the eatery with several different styles of food, they claim the labor shortage and rising costs have proven to be a challenge.
Darren and Becky Frye opened “The Noshery” in November of 2021 with industry pro Andy Sepich, and told us at the time it was like having five gourmet food trucks in one space, but not like a food court at the mall.
The Fryes still own and operate agri-business firms “Water Street Consulting” and “Water Street Advisory.”
