PEORIA, Ill. – Two Peorians are among those who have been indicted by a federal grand jury Wednesday on felony charges.
The U.S. Attorney’s office for the Central Illinois District says in a news release that 32-year-old Daryl McGhee of Peoria has been indicted on charges of Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Distribute, Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, and Possession of a Firearm in Furtherance of a Drug Trafficking Crime.
In a separate indictment, a federal grand jury charged 29-year-old Andrew Howard with two counts of Distribution of More than 50 Grams of Methamphetamine.
Details on the incidents that led to the charges are unavailable.
Meanwhile, in another case, 51-year-old Michael Leonard of Mount Claire, West Virginia with counts of Attempted Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, Attempted Sex Trafficking of a Minor, Attempted Enticement of a Minor, and Possession of Child Pornography.
All three men are in custody pending further court appearances.
