CHILLICOTHE, Ill. – A Quad Cities-area man was arrested at the final night of the Summer Camp music festival.
Chillicothe Police say Chad Miller, 40, of Hillsdale, near Moline, was arrested for Child Endangerment, when he showed up at the medical tent at Summer Camp looking for his eight-year-old daughter.
The daughter was found Sunday near the playground at Three Sisters Park, and was given to her mother, who traveled from Moline to get her.
25 News reports Miller told police he fell asleep and lost sight of the girl.
According to records, Miller was released from the Peoria County Jail after posting bond.
